Automatic self-service borrowing

Migration to LBS version 2.8.2 is being prepared with OCLC. This version is required for WorldCat Selection and (possibly) for WorldCat Local.
In the final months of 2011, all outstanding LBS problems in FogBugz were recorded and compared to outstanding calls at OCLC, in Leiden as well as the USA. This resulted in an improved overview of outstanding problems with both parties, and to the higher prioritization of a number of the University’s problems and wishes.
